Porter Assistance

When you arrive Porters will assist you with your luggage while the driver is directed to a parking bay. On your return, Porters will help you take your luggage to the car park.

Leave the M27 at Junction 3. Proceed onto the M271 singposted Southampton 'The Docks'. Follow M271 for 1.6 miles to the 1st r'bout, taking the 2nd exit signposted Totton/Lyndhurst A35, Fawley A326. After 200 yards you will pass through traffic lights, merging with the main carriageway (the A35). Continue along the A35 signposted Lydhurst (Do not follow signs to Tutton Town Centre). For 1.2 miles to the next r'bout, turn left following signs to Fawley A326 (Marchwood, Dibben and Hythe). Proceed for 0.5 miles to traffic lights, turning left into Jacobs Gutter Lane (signposted Marchwood). After 1.6miles turn left at the 1st r'bout into Normandy Way (signposted Marchwood ind park, Cracknore Hard and Hythe). Follow the road for 0.4 miles and you will arrive at Marchwood ind Park. Proceed through the barriers (If necessary explain that you are leaving your car with Cruise parking at Unit E1.1) into north road. After 0.2 miles turn right into East road, our reception point is on your right marked Cruise Parking LTD. If you see Biffa Depot on the right you have gone 25 yards too far.

Transfers - You will be picked up by bus or minibus and taken to the terminal. The takes 15 minutes and is free of charge. Upon your arrival back at Southampton Port you will be taken back to the Southampton Cruise car park.

On arrival at Southampton Cruise Parking- check in at the Cruise Parking reception desk and hand in your printed National Parking voucher (or quote booking reference). Porters will assist you with luggage while the driver is directed to a parking bay.

When you return to Cruise Parking Southampton - Porters will help you take your luggage to the car park. Make your way to reception before collecting your vehicle.

What personal information do we ask for?

When you have searched for prices and availability and are ready to confirm your booking, we will ask for your name, your postal address and your fax number and e-mail address (if applicable). We'll also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card we may also need to take the start date and issue number of the card. We'll also ask you for your telephone number in case we need to contact you urgently regarding your booking.

How does National Parking / ABC Holiday Extras use this personal information?

• We need your 'name' so we can confirm to the hotel, lounge or car park operator who the booking is for.
• We need your 'credit card' details so that we can collect payment for your booking.
• We need your 'name' and 'address' to confirm that the credit card belongs to you.
• We also need your 'address' so that we can send you your booking voucher and in case we have to write to you about any part of your booking in advance of your stay.
• We might use your 'telephone number' or 'e-mail address' in the unlikely event that we need to contact you urgently about your booking.
• We may also use this information to let you know about any special offers/promotions we think would be of interest to you.
