What is a gate price?
This is how much the car parking company charges per day, if you simply turn up and pay for the parking. This price can change without warning. By pre-booking with National Parking you can save up to 40% on the gate price.
How can I book?
You can book securely online, using a credit or debit card. To do this, firstly fill out the quote form, then click the 'instant quote' button to receive an impartial list of discounted car parking companies. You will be taken to a screen where the parking options are listed from our 5 main parking brokers. Here you can review all the different types of parking available and decide which one suits you best. The options are listed as 'On Airport', 'Off Airport' and 'Meet and Greet'.
Once you have decided, click the 'Book Now' button next to the relevant type of parking and you will be taken to booking screen for either APC, BCP, FHR, Holiday Extras or Travel Extras. Fill in the online form and after you have pressed confirm you will receive a confirmation instantly on-screen, then shortly after, via email. This confirmation will include the printable directions and instructions about how to get to the car park.

Why should I book in advance?
Booking in advance not only saves you up to 40%, but it allows you to travel safe in the knowledge that you have a parking space reserved for you, even when demand is high. Also, you will get a better price than if you wait till nearer the time, in a similar way to booking a holiday with a travel agent. The nearer to the time you book it, the more expensive it will be.
How far in advance do I have to book?
You can book anytime, even for today if you wanted to. The booking process takes only a few minutes, and once you are given a booking reference number you can simply turn up.
Why is a week 8 days and 2 weeks 15 days with National Parking?
Airport parking companies charge from midnight on a 24 hour basis. The charge made by the car park is per whole or part day, regardless of your time of arrival.
I only have to park for 4 days, but I can only get a quote for 8 days. Why?
It is possible to book for 4 days, but the minimum charge from the car parking company is for 8 days. See the minimum stay/charge details on the airport car park breakdown pages.
Is there a further discount for booking more than one car at the same time?
No, because our prices are already at a discounted rate.
Where are the directions on your website?
Directions will be on the booking confirmation we send you and also on the breakdown for each separate car park.
Is your booking system secure?

Does National Parking own the car parks?
Not exactly. We make it possible to pre book online at 100 different car parks at 24 different locations around the UK. We use our own pre built quote engine to select the best rates from some of the largest parking brokers in the UK, APC, BCP, FHR, Purple Parking and Park and Go. You can view all parking options and select the one that suits you best, based on price, location, availability and security.

A representative from the company will meet you at the airport when you arrive, take your car and park it in their secure parking site. On your return they will meet you at the airport to drop your car off to you. When using this service it is a good idea to carry a mobile phone to allow the representatives to contact you.

What personal information do we need?
After you have made your choice and ready to confirm your booking, we will ask for the following information:

How is customer information protected?
We use a secure server to protect all the information you provide us with. All information you enter is encrypted by the server's software, SSL (Secure Socket Layers). It is then not decrypted until it reaches our server. The locked padlock symbol in the bottom left hand corner of your browser tells you our site is secure. When this is displayed it means that you can safely send private information through our site. Our secure pages will not display a 'security alert' message. Does the National Parking site use cookies?

Eleven out of ten for the excellent service from the National Parking website last week. I couldn't believe how easy it was to book online and to email me back with minutes to confirm my parking space. Never before have I done this - I now class myself as Technologicaly minded! It was very straight forward and self-explanatory on how to use the site throughout the whole of the booking.
However, I was a little sceptical as to give out my credit card details but this SECURE site encouraged me to go ahead. I was impressed with the searching of different car parks and prices, some web sites only offer the most expensive prices but with APS a choice of cheaper parking was also available. I thought the planning of the web site was excellent too - giving directions and the availability to print out the directions on well layed out plans, even if one didnt possess a printer a prompted email to their address and in the post it would be.
I for one won't be making any more telephone calls (which are expensive out of town calls) for car parking - its National Parking for me.

The National Parking lowest price guarantee applies only to car parks which are listed on this site at the time of booking and only to pricing on the day of booking.
If a cheaper price has been found, subject to these Terms and Conditions, National Parking will refund the difference between the two prices.
In the event of a claim:
- All claims must be made after booking and payment have gone through but before the first date of the booking.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase.
- The customer must provide evidence that the price charged by National Parking through its providers was more than that charged by another UK airport parking website:
- on the same day;
- for the same car park;
- at the same airport;
- for a booking beginning on the same day as the booking made through National Parking
- and for the same duration of time.
The easiest way to do this is to take a 'screen grab' of the website in question (or save the html file and sent it via an email), so that we can verify the website and the price.
(As prices vary on a daily basis, simply stating the website address is unfortunately insufficient, as it is close to impossible to accurately verify).
- The customer must contact National Parking direct via email at booking@national-parking.co.uk to submit the above listed information.
