Purple Parking is a secured off-airport car park serving Heathrow Airport and the Premium service offers a meet and greet service upon your return. This offers the convenience of having your car delivered to you upon your return and saves you the need for transfers back to the airport and, at an additional price of just £18 is friendly on your pocket too.

Transfers..There are regular transfers which operate 24 hours of the day to all 4 terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. There is a reduced service between 00:00 and 04:00

On arrival.. Upon arrival at Purple Parking, park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and hand in your keys - your car will be parked for you whilst you board the free transfer.

On your return.. You will be met by the chauffeur outside Arrivals at all terminals except Terminal 4 where you will be met in the car lane, 4th lane across from the Arrivals building.

Security.. Secured by high fencing, CCTV cameras and regular patrols, Purple Parking are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

When you have searched for prices and availability and are ready to confirm your booking, we will ask for your name, your postal address and your fax number and e-mail address (if applicable). We'll also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card we may also need to take the start date and issue number of the card. • We need your 'name' so we can confirm to the hotel, lounge or car park operator who the booking is for.
• We need your 'credit card' details so that we can collect payment for your booking.
• We need your 'name' and 'address' to confirm that the credit card belongs to you.
• We also need your 'address' so that we can send you your booking voucher and in case we have to write to you about any part of your booking in advance of your stay.
• We might use your 'telephone number' or 'e-mail address' in the unlikely event that we need to contact you urgently about your booking.
