What personal information do we ask for?

When you have searched for prices and availability and are ready to confirm your booking, we will ask for your name, your postal address and your fax number and e-mail address (if applicable). We'll also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card we may also need to take the start date and issue number of the card. We'll also ask you for your telephone number in case we need to contact you urgently regarding your booking.

How does National Parking / ABC Holiday Extras use this personal information?

• We need your 'name' so we can confirm to the hotel, lounge or car park operator who the booking is for.
• We need your 'credit card' details so that we can collect payment for your booking.
• We need your 'name' and 'address' to confirm that the credit card belongs to you.
• We also need your 'address' so that we can send you your booking voucher and in case we have to write to you about any part of your booking in advance of your stay.
• We might use your 'telephone number' or 'e-mail address' in the unlikely event that we need to contact you urgently about your booking.
• We may also use this information to let you know about any special offers/promotions we think would be of interest to you.

Gatwick Copthorne Effingham Park

The Effingham Park is a 4 star hotel in a parkland setting, only 6 miles from Gatwick Airport.

This four star hotel offers a high standard accommodation at a reasonable price. Leisure facilities are excellent. This would be an excellent choice if you are flying from or arriving at Gatwick airport.

• Room facilities at the Effingham Park airport hotel... include an en-suite bathroom, colour TV with satellite and pay movies, telephone, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities.

• Dining at the Gatwick Effingham Park Hotel... The hotel offers a restaurant and bar

• Leisure facilities... include a swimming pool, gym, steam room, spa bath, dance studio, solarium, beauty treatments, tennis courts and a 9-hole golf course. Holiday Extras customers can use the golf course for £5 (normal price £9).

• Gatwick Effingham hotel with parking .. Packages include 8 or 15 days parking on-site at the hotel. After the 8 or 15 day option, parking costs £4.50 per day.

• Transfers from the Copthorne Effingham Park Hotel... operate from 05:00 to 22:00, hourly to both Gatwick airport terminals, taking around 15 minutes at a price of £2.50 each way per adult and £5.00 each way for a family of four (Children must be under 12). For a service from the airport, go to the hotel shuttle coach pick-up point.
  Book your transfer on arrival at the hotel. If you have excess luggage you may have to pay a charge for a private taxi transfer.
