Transfers: Allow around 20 minutes to park and walk into the terminal. Alternatively take the transfer bus that operates on a 24 hour basis. Transfers to and from the Eastern docks to your ferry will be provided by your Ferry operator.

Security at Relyon Parking- The Relyon car park at Dover is a secured compound with fully fenced parametres at the port of Dover.

On arrival at Relyon Parking- Drive directly to the compound at Poulton Close. On your return, catch the courtesy shuttle bus to take you back to the car park. and report to the office with your National Parking booking reference. A Relyon driver will park your car and you will be transferred to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle Bus.

On your return to Dover Relyon Parking- Your car will either be brought back to the terminal or you will need to transfer back to the car park to collect your car. The bus will be waiting outside the Travel Centre, which is on the right hand side of the terminal (ground floor).
